Niki is a vital member of the team. She helps your transaction get to closing smoothly by working behind the scenes with Jacquelyn, the lender, the cooperating broker, etc. Niki orders the mortgage payoff, puts together the tax proration, orders and reviews the deed package, gets any necessary affidavits signed (such as when there is an HOA), and will even set up e-notary services for signing of the deed package prior to closing, should the client prefer that approach over signing in person with Jacquelyn.

Megan is instrumental in making sure everything entered into the MLS for your listing looks just as it should! She also makes sure that once we have an offer submitted (as a buyer or seller) that all of the documents have the signatures, initials, etc. that they need.  Megan continues to follow the transaction up to closing by ordering home warranties and termite inspections.
