Niki is a vital member of the team. She helps your transaction get to closing smoothly by working behind the scenes with Jacquelyn, the lender, the cooperating broker, etc. Niki orders the mortgage payoff, puts together the tax proration, orders and reviews the deed package, gets any necessary affidavits signed (such as when there is an HOA), and will even set up e-notary services for signing of the deed package prior to closing, should the client prefer that approach over signing in person with Jacquelyn.
