FREE ACCESSORY STAGING FOR EVERY SELLER...!!!
Regardless of List Price.
WHY, you might ask, would Jacquelyn put 8-12 hours of extra time into every listing, just for staging purposes, at no extra charge?
Simple. Because it's the right thing to do.
Simple. Because it's the right thing to do.
According to a study conducted by the National Association of REALTORS (NAR), homes that are staged are selling faster and at higher prices than those homes that are not staged.
Staging a home makes it easier for a buyer to visualize the property. Staging the living room (46%), master bedroom (43%), and kitchen (35%) were found to be most important to buyers.
So What Exactly Is Involved When Jacquelyn Stages a Home?
Once we've decided to work together, it's a team approach. We'll start with a "Removal of Buyer Objections Tour", going through EVERY square inch of your home together, with explicit instructions on what to leave and what should be pre-packed. We'll also discuss any projects that should (or should not!) be finished, (aka, painting the lime green wall, or waiting to install carpet.)
We'll work as a team to set a realistic plan of attack/schedule that works with your busy life.
Once the seller has the home clean and ready for staging, Jacquelyn takes it from there - purchasing & planning inventory to bring, loading and transporting inventory from her staging unit, hauling inventory up and down many stairs, and even hanging all artwork and placing EVERY item precisely in place herself. Then it's time to shoot professional photos, videography & 3D visual tours!
Once your home has received and offer and made it through the inspection negotiation process, Jacquelyn will reach out to schedule a good time for her to come back to the home to pack it all up and put it away for next time.
According to the National Association of Realtors (NAR), potential buyers spend on average 40 minutes in a staged home compared to only 5 minutes in a non-staged home!!! Click here for more information.
So the real question should be, why isn't EVERY real estate agent including this service for their clients???
